New GAS of Advance Terrafund REIT will be held on July 02 2010

Due to the absence of quorum at the regular General Assembly of the Shareholdersof Advance Terrafund REIT from 17 June2010, held at 12 p.m. at the seat of the Company inthe city of Sofia, at address 1 Zlatovruh Str., the Assembly could not be held and could not make valid decisions. As per the invitation for convention of theGeneral Assembly announced in the Trade Register and at the web page of theCompany, in case of the absence of quorum pursuant to article 227, para. 3 of the Commerce Act, the General Assembly will be held on 02 July 2010, at 12 noon at the same place and with the same agenda.
